Overview
You will design and execute capacity plans for vendor hiring at scale, guiding cross-functional teams through data-driven decisions. In this role, you’ll influence timelines, optimize vendor performance, and pioneer new processes for emerging service lines. You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders to align capacity with customer demand, contributing to cost efficiencies and quality at scale in Amazon’s translation ecosystem. Design and implement complex capacity plans for large-scale vendor hiring initiatives
Develop new processes and workflows for emerging services and specialized vendor requirements
Lead stakeholder negotiations to establish realistic implementation timelines
Analyze vendor performance data to identify patterns and implement proactive measures




Drive development of new operational processes for unique customer requirements
Create scalable solutions for vendor management across new service lines
Partner with stakeholders to define and implement vendor management strategies
Collaborate in a team-based, office-based environment with standard business hours and occasional flexibility
Requisitos principales
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Experience in vendor management, construction, or project management
Proficiency in data analysis tools and vendor management systems
