As our Online Sales Consultant , you'll own the full B2C sales cycle with German-speaking learners, from first call to signed contract. You bring the warmth and charisma that make people want to talk with you.

What You'll Do

- Run and close online consultations to hit monthly targets
- Turn leads, no-shows, and past contacts into enrollments
- Drive renewals and referrals through after-sales follow-up
- Partner with the Service Team to ensure student satisfaction
- Keep your CRM up to date and report on your results

Your Profile

- Natural charm and sales charisma on camera and by phone
- German at C1/C2 level and good English
- Proven B2C sales record from lead to close, ideally online
- Consultative and service-minded: you listen before you sell
- Well organized and confident with Microsoft Office

Nice to Have

- Degree in Business or Marketing, or a sales qualification
- Background in English teaching, hospitality, fitness, or other service industries
- Confident using social media to engage leads

Work Setup

- Hybrid with 2 days in our Barcelona city-center office and 3 from home




- Reporting to the Sales Manager/Center Director
