Overview In this role you will expand Factorial's partner ecosystem in the HR space, identifying and onboarding strategic partners and managing the full partnership cycle. You will serve as the main contact for partners and their clients, coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive joint value. The role focuses on building win-win relationships that scale our partnerships and support company growth. This presents an opportunity to shape how we collaborate with partners across markets and contribute to a fast-growing, international SaaS environment.

Responsabilidades Search for and engage new potential partners and manage the full partnership cycle from first contact to onboarding
Identify partners aligned strategically with Factorial in HR, who sell, implement and support our platform




Own strategy and execution of partner business plans
Act as the primary point of contact for multiple partners
Hold regular meetings (cold calls, video demos) with partners and their clients to discuss product updates and solve problems
Gather feedback from partners and clients to identify pains and opportunities for partnership growth
Collaborate daily with SDRs, Product, Marketing, Customer Experience and Senior Leadership
Requisitos principales 2–4 years of experience in Sales/B2B in SaaS, digital transformation, or strategy/management consulting
Good communication skills and quick empathy for people
Proactive and able to propose new ideas
Proficient level of Portuguese and professional English
