What is the plan for the Philanthropy Grants Coordinator and Analyst role?

The role of Philanthropy Grants Coordinator and Analyst involves supporting the Gibraltar team, the head office and oversight office for The charities around the world, by analysing existing donations, collating monthly reports, updating senior managers, and ensuring consistent grant assessment processes across all their offices.

What will you do as a Philanthropy Grants Coordinator and Analyst?

- Analyse existing donations to track spend, progress against agreed milestones, and impact
- Collate monthly reports from all offices and provide senior managers with clear, timely updates
- Roll out consistent grant assessment processes across the charities and offices around the world
- Support the monitoring, evaluation, and follow-up of funded projects to ensure impact and compliance.
- Coordinating the delivery of local initiatives and projects




- Maintaining an accurate record of all donations, grants and commitments across the charities
- Analysing grant data, partner reports and financial information to identify trends, risks and issues
- Collecting reports from overseas offices and preparing monthly updates for senior managers
- Developing standard grant assessment templates, guidance and procedures with the Senior Manager
- Support with the implementation and monitoring of the in-house Grant Management System
- Supporting due diligence on partner organisations, grant applications and project proposals
- Assisting with the preparation of Board papers and trustee reports or other ad-hoc reports.
- Communication with all stakeholders, including updates to the Foundation’s website.

- Experience in philanthropy, grant-making, charity finance, or monitoring and evaluation is essential
- Keen analytical and research capabilities.
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills, with high attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to meet monthly reporting deadlines.
- Exceptional written, verbal communication skills and financial acumen

Salary based on experience with bonus.
