You will help users across Europe by solving IT issues and documenting calls in the ticketing tool. Work is hybrid (80% remote, 4 onsite days per month) with a full-time 39-hour week, rotating 07:00-19:00 schedules. The role offers ticket restaurant, private health insurance after 6 months, and a competitive gross annual salary of 20,535.87€.
