This is an entrepreneurial business-development position within a new business unit for Flavine. The successful candidate will focus exclusively on developing Flavine's presence in the European pharmaceutical compounding market, supplying APIs and pharmaceutical ingredients to:

Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales
Prepare quotations and commercial proposals.
Follow commercial opportunities from initial contact through qualification, samples, quotation and first commercial order.
Negotiate pricing and commercial conditions in coordination with management.
European Market Development
Monitoring market trends and emerging compounding opportunities.
Providing regular market intelligence and commercial feedback to management.
