- Integrate and challenge contractor and vendor schedules , ensuring alignment across CSA, Electrical, Mechanical, BMS, Security, Power Infrastructure, utilities, and other project packages.
- Monitor physical progress against the approved baseline , ensuring accurate and consistent progress measurement across contractors and work packages.
- Perform critical path, schedule variance, and delay analysis , identifying emerging constraints, dependencies, milestone risks, and potential impacts on forecast completion dates.
- Develop mitigation and recovery plans in collaboration with Construction, Project Management, and contractors when progress deviates from approved milestones.
- Coordinate short- and medium-term construction planning , including look-ahead schedules, construction sequencing, key interfaces, and upcoming constraints.

- Support CAPEX planning and phasing by translating construction schedules, procurement milestones, equipment deliveries, and physical progress into reliable time-phased investment assumptions.
- Support CAPEX and cash flow forecasting by providing schedule-driven inputs to Cost Control and Finance and identifying changes in project timing that could materially affect expected expenditure.
- Integrate procurement and long-lead equipment activities into the project schedule, including engineering, manufacturing, FAT, logistics, delivery, installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Integrate energization, commissioning, and handover milestones into the overall project schedule, ensuring visibility of critical dependencies affecting data center readiness.
- Support change management and schedule impact assessments by evaluating the impact of scope changes, variations, delays, procurement issues, and other project events.
- Prepare schedule and progress reporting covering milestone status, critical path, progress versus baseline, forecast completion, key risks, constraints, recovery actions, and relevant CAPEX timing implications.
- Drive planning discipline and continuous improvement by establishing consistent scheduling, progress measurement, reporting, and forecasting standards across the project.
