Arcare is now looking for a Regional Support Manager that will be responsible for managing and supporting their Residence Managers in ensuring their residences remain compliant with Aged Care and other relevant legislations. This Regional Support Manager encompasses the completion of specific business and people development objectives and related regional activities using strong management, leadership, and organisational skills.



The role also has an important function in assisting the Residence Managers to improve the operational and business performance of the company. Previous Regional Support Management experience (desirable)
Sound experience in working in aged care or Human Services field
Demonstrated experience in operational management including Human Resources, people leadership and motivation, budgeting, service delivery and facility maintenance
Demonstrated experience in project management
Ability to empower staff to accept responsibility through effective guidance and support.
Excellent computer skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and internet)
