Overview As Director of Revenue Operations, you drive the RevOps function at Kantox and align commercial execution with BNP Paribas’ leadership. You will lead cross-functional orchestration across Sales, Implementation, Customer Success, Marketing, and Business Development, shaping strategic reviews and KPI-driven decisions. You’ll manage a high-performing team, develop capability and governance, and implement AI-enabled workflows to improve the sales cycle and forecasting. This role combines strategic influence with hands-on process optimization to scale Kantox’ commercial engine in a BNP Paribas-integrated environment.
