Catenon is seeking a Senior Compliance Manager for a next‐generation data centre business in Madrid to lead regulatory compliance across Spain and Europe, with emphasis on employment law, immigration, payroll compliance and privacy. You will design and embed governance structures, maintain registers of obligations, oversee risk-based assurance, and coordinate reporting to the Board and Audit & Risk Committee while partnering with People & Culture, Legal, Finance and Operations.
