Job DescriptionPurpose of RoleTo plan, deliver, and assess high-quality learning experiences for primary school students, fostering their academic, social, emotional, and personal development in a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment, while implementing the school curriculum in alignment with the school's mission, vision, and values. Promote innovative, student-centered teaching practices.
Teaching Staff
ManagementCoordinate, mentor, and evaluate the Primary teaching team. Identify professional development needs and support ongoing training. Participate in the recruitment and induction of new teaching staff.
Student
MonitoringOversee students' academic, social, and emotional progress. Coordinate behavior management and wellbeing strategies.
Family
EngagementMaintain effective and timely communication with parents and guardians. Participate in parent meetings, conferences, and school events.
Administrative
ManagementPrepare academic and performance reports for the Primary section. Coordinate timetables, assessments, and school activities. Ensure compliance with internal policies and educational regulations. Skills, Qualifications and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Primary Education or a related field. Valid teaching certification or license, as required by local regulations.
Minimum of X years of teaching experience in Primary Education.
Experience in bilingual or international schools is an advantage. Sound knowledge of child development and age-appropriate teaching methodologies. Strong planning, organizational, and assessment skills.
Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively as part of a teaching team. Commitment to continuous professional development and student-centered learning. Wellbeing and safety are both essential for learners and learning.
