With headquarters in Germany and clients across the world, we are looking for an experienced Sales Team Lead to drive performance, coach talent, and lead our European sales operations in a fully remote setting. This is a hands‐on leadership role for someone who can inspire a team, make sound decisions under pressure, and help turn complex situations into successful outcomes.

What You'll Do: Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Executives supporting our European markets
Monitor team performance, sales activity, and key commercial KPIs
Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, mentoring, and support to help team members improve and succeed




Support and coach Sales Executives in developing their sales approach, handling objections, and improving conversion
Drive revenue growth by ensuring excellent sales execution and customer experience
Support the team in handling complex, urgent, and emotionally sensitive client situations
Identify performance gaps and implement practical coaching and development strategies
Identify process improvements and contribute to sales strategy development across European markets
Work closely with management and cross‐functional teams to align business objectives
Act as a role model by maintaining high standards of professionalism, ownership, and customer focus
Participate in the onboarding and training of new team members
Support the continuous development of sales processes, tools, and best practices within the team
What We're Looking For:
Excellent communication skills in English; additional European language skills are an advantage
