You will audit data quality, resolve inconsistencies, implement governance, and document operational rules across billing, CPQ, ticketing, and integrations. Fluent English is required; 4–6 years of hands-on CRM experience across Salesforce, HubSpot, and ideally Dynamics 365; strong SQL & API skills are preferred.
