Position is tasked with increasing sales and market penetration in assigned geographic territory
Develop customer relationships within assigned customers/territory, gaining an understanding of customer business requirements, and proactively developing solutions and programs to meet those needs
Ability to work effectively with distributors, engineers and contractors installing valve solutions.
Requires a natural ability to connect and engage with key influencing personnel at the project level.
Devise effective territory sales and implement marketing strategies




Leverage Henkel's defined sales process to build accounts and utilize the company's CRM system for maintenance and development of prospects, customers, opportunities, quotes, and sales activities.
Bachelor's Degree in civil engineering, construction management, or similar field preferred
Must be able to multi-task as required to support multiple projects or business unit objectives
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel)
Proficient in Salesforce CRM tool
The position requires a minimum of 75% travel within the territory to include overnights. Able to travel and/or work on the weekend, if necessary.
Valid CA driver's license is required.
