What You'll DoOwn the top-down and bottoms-up business planning process for the global BD organization.
Own revenue forecasting, identify gaps against the Business Plan, and define effective strategies to close them.
Analyze BD performance end-to-end (Salesforce funnel, activity, revenue generation, conversion rates) to identify bottlenecks and unlock opportunities for continuous productivity improvements.
Own visualization and reporting for the BD organization, building the single source of truth for leadership while independently driving complex, deep-dive analyses.
