Main ResponsibilitiesLead workforce planning and capability-building initiatives aligned with business objectives, financial forecasts and evolving organizational needs.
Lead talent review and succession planning discussions,



ensuring robust leadership pipelines for critical positions while supporting the development of managers and future leaders within the organization.
Partner with senior stakeholders on organizational design, operating models and transformation initiatives, ensuring structures remain effective, agile and scalable.
Build a high-performance culture where accountability, differentiation and continuous development are embedded in everyday leadership practices.
Strengthen employee engagement and ensure cultural consistency across an increasingly international organization.
Using data, insight and business understanding, support leaders through data-driven insights and sound business judgment, acting as a trusted advisor rather than a service provider. You will work closely with specialist HR teams to deliver integrated solutions across the employee lifecycle while balancing people priorities with operational and financial realities.
