A integral pharmaceutical organisation is building the next generation of AI-powered digital manufacturing , and this is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping what that looks like. The ambition goes far beyond traditional automation or chatbots. The programme is focused on creating intelligent digital teammates that can reason, access knowledge, use tools, interact with manufacturing systems and support real operational decisions. Successful solutions will ultimately have the potential to scale across multiple manufacturing environments globally.

This is not a conventional Product Owner position. You'll have genuine ownership, technical influence and visibility , helping determine which use cases create value, how agents should be designed and evaluated, and how emerging AI capabilities can be safely taken from experimentation into production.

You'll be particularly well suited if you've come from an AI engineering, software engineering or data science background and moved into Product Ownership, and still want to remain close to the technology.

What You'll Own

- Shape the product vision and roadmap for Digital Manufacturing Agents, identifying high-value use cases and driving them from concept through to production.
- Work closely with AI engineers and data scientists to shape agent architecture, RAG, tool calling, orchestration, evaluation and guardrails .
- Lead pilots and adoption while establishing the standards required to scale production AI across a regulated GxP environment .

What You'll Bring

- A background in AI/ML, software engineering or data science , combined with strong Product Owner/Product Management experience.
- Proven experience building and taking an AI/LLM or Agentic AI solution into production , with genuine hands-on technical understanding.
- Experience delivering technology in a regulated environment , ideally pharmaceutical manufacturing, with the ability to influence both technical and senior business stakeholders.

- Day rate: €450–€550 per day
- Duration: 6 months initially, with strong extension potential
