The Product

Operations team collaborates with the Cloud Technology Group to support product development and deliver solutions aligned with customer needs. Data-driven insights guide decisions, while cross-functional processes ensure alignment across teams. This role partners with Product and Program Management to establish and sustain processes ensuring consistent execution of product strategy.

As a Senior Strategy & Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for: Serving as a trusted advisor and business partner to cross-functional CTG leadership including Product, Operations, Marketing, Finance, etc. Maintaining the rhythm of the business through the development and execution of integrated processes Leading expectations for quality of internal and external outputs across CTG through development and documentation of Standard & Practices. Driving consistency in business reviews by establishing best practices for managing, maintaining, and reviewing key performance indicators with business leaders.

Communicating changes and driving adoption to need standards of working to drive the business forward. Have relevant experience in Strategy or Product related role and a Bachelor's degree Have understanding of cloud, data center concepts, content distribution (CDN) and related technology to help translate technical requirements into business outcomes. Have experience with data visualization and analysis tools, operating systems with limited supervision,
