Production Manager

About the role

We are a creative retail activation agency based in Spain, working with leading integral brands to bring retail spaces, campaigns and activations to life — from creative development through to production, logistics and installation.

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to take ownership of the operational delivery of our retail projects.

Working closely with our Project Management, Creative and Account teams, you will turn concepts into physical reality, ensuring projects are properly planned, produced, delivered and installed on time and in full and with excellence.

A key part of the role is owning the execution of retail installations. Most work takes place during normal working hours, although installations can occasionally take place early mornings, evenings or overnight. When they do, you will be the operational lead, responsible for ensuring everything is delivered successfully.

What you'll do

- Plan the production, logistics and installation of retail projects alongside our Project Managers.
- Prepare production budgets and cost estimates, working with suppliers to obtain and compare quotations.
- Review briefs, technical drawings and renders to identify production or installation challenges before they happen.
- Coordinate manufacturers, contractors, suppliers, logistics partners and installation teams.
- Take operational ownership of installations, from preparation through to successful completion.
- Monitor quality, timings and execution, making decisions and solving problems.
- Attend key installations on site where the complexity or importance of the project requires it.
- Manage and develop a reliable network of production and installation partners, bringing your own expertise and experience to our supply chain.

- Improve processes and ways of working to help us deliver projects more efficiently and consistently.

What we're looking for Ideally, you have:

- 4–6+ years of experience in production, operations, retail implementation, visual merchandising, shopfitting, events, POS/POP production, 3D retail display production, construction or a related sector with transferable skills.
- Professional fluency in English and Spanish.
- Experience managing external manufacturers, engineers, suppliers, contractors, installers and technical teams.
- A practical understanding of how physical elements are manufactured, transported and installed.
- The ability to understand drawings, renders, measurements and basic technical documentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the confidence to make decisions independently.
- A proactive, highly organised approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Flexibility to occasionally travel and support installations outside normal working hours.

What we offer

- A full-time remote position based in Spain, with the flexibility to work from home.
- The opportunity to join a young, growing company with real potential to develop with the business and take on greater responsibility over time.
- The chance to work on exciting projects for leading brands across the retail and sports industries.
- A role with real ownership, where your experience and ideas can directly influence how we build and improve our operations.
- The opportunity to shape processes, strengthen supplier relationships and contribute to how the company scales.
- A competitive salary based on experience.

If this sounds like you, please send your CV and portfolio to [email protected] and [email protected] , with Production Manager in the subject line.
