OneTalent is recruiting a
IT Sales & Commercial Applications Lead
for the Corporate IT team of a leading international FMCG group with more than 7,000 employees across 30+ countries.

Reporting to the
IT Commercial Manager
, you will own the portfolio of platforms supporting the commercial side of the business, including
Trade Promotion Management, commercial conditions and trade terms, Sales Force Automation, CRM and other commercial tools used across the markets
.

You will be responsible for ensuring these platforms perform effectively, evolve according to business needs and integrate successfully within the Group's wider
SAP S/4HANA transformation
.

This is a
functional ownership and business-partnering role rather than a technical development position
. You will work closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, internal IT teams and external partners to understand business needs, solve recurring issues and drive the evolution of the commercial application landscape.

The portfolio is currently undergoing significant transformation,



including platform modernisation, integration with the new S/4HANA core and the evolution of processes around commercial conditions, accruals and off-invoice activities.
