Responsabilidades

Lead quantitative genetics innovations in the Product Design pipeline Design improved germplasm cohorts aligned with Product Concept targets from crossing to handoff Support precision breeding innovations in Product Design Develop and apply models, algorithms, and systems for breeding program design, goals, and data acquisition at scale Identify opportunities for new technology implementation and process improvement Collaborate with multi-function teams across regions (LATAM, EMEA,



APAC) to support Precision Breeding projects Support Health, Safety, Environment, Compliance and Human Rights policies at the site

Requisitos principales

PhD with minimum 4 years of relevant experience or MS with 8+ years in quantitative genetics methods for breeding programs Experience working in cross-functional and cross-cultural teams Ability to lead and influence stakeholders and projects without direct reporting lines Proven track record in analyzing large biological data sets and coding in C, Fortran or similar languages Proven experience deriving quantitative genetics theory for breeding program design, goal definition, or data acquisition at scale (plant or animal) cross-functional collaboration leadership and influence results-oriented quantitative genetics methods genetic evaluation modeling and computational biology
