Family Office is seeking an HR Director for a private construction project, fully remote and owning the HR function from recruitment through people operations, policy, and strategy. You will scale the HR function from 150 to 250 people, lead complex and senior hires, design compensation/benefits, and own end-to-end HR operations, policy, and strategy. You will also build analytics, report on people metrics, and advise leadership on people strategy and risk.
