- Oversee the end-to-end execution of complex oil and gas projects, from conceptualization through commissioning, ensuring adherence to strict safety and environmental regulations.

- Manage large-scale ship repair and conversion projects, coordinating diverse teams of engineers, technicians, and subcontractors to meet tight deadlines and quality standards.

- Develop and meticulously manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls, identifying and mitigating financial risks throughout the project lifecycle.

- Implement and enforce rigorous health, safety, security, and environmental (HSSE) policies across all project sites, minimizing operational risks and ensuring compliance.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Naval Architecture,



Petroleum) or a related technical field; Master's degree preferred.

- Minimum of 10 years of progressive project management experience, with at least 5 years specifically within the Oil & Gas sector and 5 years in Ship Repair/Maritime industries.

- Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent are highly desirable.

- Proven track record of successfully managing multi-million dollar projects from initiation to completion in challenging offshore or shipyard environments.
