We are looking for an Quality Assurance & Regulatory Technician to join us in Spain.
The Quality Assurance & Regulatory Technician will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with applicable pharmaceutical and chemical industry regulations and quality standards. This role will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, quality documentation management, validation activities, supplier qualification processes, and regulatory support activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the definition, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.
- Prepare, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs/PNTs).
- Manage supplier and product qualification processes.
- Coordinate and execute calibration, qualification, and validation plans.
- Manage and maintain personnel training programs.
- Handle change controls, CAPAs, OOS investigations, complaints, deviations, and non-conformities.
- Perform and follow up on internal and supplier audits.
- Manage Quality Assurance documentation and archive records.
- Execute and support validation activities.
- Participate in interactions with health authorities, including annual declarations, inspections,
and regulatory requests.
- Manage pest control and waste management activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience performing Quality Assurance activities within the pharmaceutical or chemical sector.
- Knowledge of GMPs and Microsoft Office.
- B2 level English proficiency.
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
