ABOUT THE ROLEWe are looking for an experienced R&D; Program Manager,responsible for leading and coordinating a strategic international software transformation program aimed at consolidating multiple existing software solutions into a single global Cloud platform.

This position will drive the program end-to-end, coordinating international teams and aligning product strategy, software development, and business stakeholders. This role requires a strong combination of program leadership, technical understanding, and stakeholder management in complex international environments. REQUIREMENTSTechnical background in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or similar.8+ years of experience in Program or Project Management within software or product development environments. Solid understanding of software development processes and agile environments.
