Mission

Ensure the quality, compliance, and traceability of materials, components, and supply chain processes through data analysis, documentation validation, quality issue management, and supplier performance monitoring, contributing to operational excellence and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

- Monitor the quality and compliance of materials and components supplied by vendors.
- Review and validate product traceability through the analysis of lot numbers, serial numbers, and supporting documentation.
- Verify Certificates of Conformity (CoCs), technical documentation, manufacturing records,



and other required quality documentation.
- Manage supplier non-conformities, coordinating investigation, follow-up, and closure activities.
- Create and manage Manufacturing Orders (MOs) for rework, repair, or reprocessing activities when required.
- Analyse quality and supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop reports and dashboards related to quality metrics, traceability, supplier performance, and non-conformities.
- Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Production, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to ensure the effective resolution of issues.
- Participate in the definition, implementation, and continuous improvement of processes related to material and supplier management.
- Support internal, customer, and regulatory audits by preparing and reviewing documentary evidence.
- Track corrective and preventive actions resulting from quality incidents or audit findings.
- Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of information within ERP.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in data analysis, supplier quality, or supply chain process management.
- Knowledge of quality control processes, traceability requirements, and document management systems.
- Experience working with lot numbers,



serial numbers, and Certificates of Conformity.
- Ability to interpret technical documentation and regulatory requirements.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience using ERP systems.
- Professional level of English.

- Knowledge of AS9100, EN9100, ISO 9001, or equivalent quality standards.
- Experience with quality and problem-solving methodologies (8D, CAPA, RCCA, FMEA).
