Regional Marketing Coordinator – Luxury Real Estate

Location: Madrid

At Thexpeople, we are looking for a Regional Marketing Coordinator to join a company operating in the luxury real estate sector.

This role combines marketing execution, content creation, event coordination and commercial support. You will strengthen the brand’s presence in the Madrid region, promote its property portfolio and support local business growth.

Reporting directly to the Regional Director and working closely with the central Marketing Department, you will ensure that regional initiatives reflect the company’s brand standards and wider marketing strategy.

Key responsibilities

- Regional marketing: Coordinate and implement a 360° marketing plan covering advertising, media activity, newsletters, sponsorships, events and local promotional initiatives.
- Property marketing: Ensure that property listings across real estate portals and company platforms feature high-quality photography, accurate descriptions and consistent presentation.
- Sales support: Provide the Regional Director and sales team with property presentations, professional photography, marketing plans and materials to support property acquisition and sales.
- Content creation: Produce and adapt presentations, brochures, signage, newsletters and digital content, following corporate brand guidelines.
- Brand consistency: Ensure that marketing materials and the use of the brand by local collaborators meet corporate identity standards and applicable requirements.
- Events and partnerships: Organise open houses, office launches and other local events, and identify relevant partnership and sponsorship opportunities.
- Supplier coordination: Manage photographers, printing and signage companies, digital agencies and event suppliers, overseeing delivery and quality.
- Budget management: Monitor the regional marketing budget, expenditure and related invoices.




- Performance reporting: Track campaign results, lead generation and ROI, recommending improvements to increase effectiveness.
- Local team support: Work closely with the Sales & Office Support team, providing occasional assistance with property database updates, client enquiries and office coverage.

What we are looking for

- A degree or vocational qualification in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related field.
- Experience coordinating marketing activities, creating content and managing external suppliers.
- Knowledge of real estate market trends and marketing techniques, with an understanding of the quality and presentation standards expected in the luxury sector.
- Basic proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
- Experience creating and distributing newsletters using Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign or similar platforms.
- Fluent English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
- Availability to travel as required.
- Experience with video editing tools such as Premiere Pro or After Effects, as well as additional languages, will be an advantage.
