Job Description:The Development Lead & Sales Program Manager is responsible for driving employee development and customer engagement initiatives in Barcelona.From a talent development perspective, the role owns the employee journey from onboarding through ongoing development, leading programs such as RampIT Up, delivering enablement sessions, and partnering with business leaders to build critical skills and capabilities across the organization.The ideal candidate is a strong program manager, facilitator,



and relationship builder who combines a passion for talent development with excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills.
