Overview
As a Data Product Manager, you bridge stakeholders, users, and analytics engineers to turn data insights into valuable product iterations. You’ll drive requirement discovery, backlog prioritization with Product Owners, and manage upstream data changes impacting analytics. By tracking usage and engagement, you translate insights into measurable business outcomes. You’ll work in a cross-functional, data-driven environment to optimize the product portfolio and deliver impact at scale.

Responsabilidades
Identify opportunities to optimize the product portfolio
Define and monitor key usage metrics to understand consumption patterns
Conduct user research and feedback sessions to uncover analytical needs
Perform exploratory data analysis to test business hypotheses and quantify value
Translate complex business requirements into actionable user stories, specs, and acceptance criteria
Collaborate with Product Owner and Squad Tech Lead to prioritize backlog based on impact, effort, and alignment
Requisitos principales
SQL knowledge
Technical literacy
Fluency in English
Ownership and proactive mindset
Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology
Demonstrable experience in a similar role
Exceptional stakeholder management skills
Experience with BI & Data visualization tools
German (Nice to have)
High level of organization and excellent management skills
