Role SummaryDistributor Manager - Channel Excellence EMEA is an execution-focused role responsible for translating agreed channel priorities into scalable governance, operational processes, distributor management routines, and performance visibility across EMEA.
The role manages channel performance, removes operational friction, and supports country teams through practical tools, structured governance, and disciplined follow-up. It contributes across the distributor lifecycle, from identification and onboarding through governance, KPI management, performance improvement, and portfolio evolution.
