Job PurposeThe Senior Marketing Executive, Microsoft supports the planning, execution, and optimisation of Microsoft marketing initiatives across Europe, driving country engagement, campaign performance, and business growth in alignment with TD SYNNEX and Microsoft objectives. This role combines campaign management, stakeholder coordination, performance tracking, and operational excellence to ensure marketing investments deliver measurable results. Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Marketing & Campaign ManagementSupport the delivery of annual and quarterly marketing plans.
Execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, social, email, events, and partner channels.
Monitor performance and optimise campaigns to maximize ROI.Country Success ManagementAct as the central point of contact for country marketing teams. Drive adoption, engagement, and consistent execution of Microsoft marketing programs.
Commercial & Performance ManagementSupport budget management and performance tracking.
Measure campaign success through KPI, pipeline, and ROI analysis.




Campaign Success & Operational ExcellenceEnsure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed standards.
Manage risks, dependencies, and quality control processes.
Drive continuous improvement in marketing operations and execution.
Compliance & GovernanceEnsure compliance with company policies, vendor requirements, and regulations.
Knowledge, Skills & ExperienceExperience3-5 years of B2B marketing experience within technology, distribution, IT channel, or related industries.
Proven experience delivering end-to-end marketing campaigns.
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience measuring performance through ROI, pipeline, and business metrics.
