As a Cyberdefense Product Owner, you lead a technical SME team to define and execute a clear product vision aligned with AXA’s security and compliance goals. You collaborate with stakeholders, security teams, and the Product Manager to deliver a high-value backlog and a practical roadmap. You drive agile delivery, ensure compliance and security requirements are reflected, and promote transparency across the organization. This role sits at the heart of AXA’s secure, cloud-aware transformation and product-led security posture.

Lead Agile ceremonies (daily standup, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) with SCRUM master support
Foster collaboration and motivate a team of technical SMEs to deliver high-quality outputs




Measure product performance using KPIs and feedback to drive improvements
Proven cybersecurity experience, especially in vulnerability management and security operations
~ Experience as Product Owner or in a similar Agile role with backlog management
~ Agile certifications (PSPO, CSPO) highly desirable
~ Fluency in English; additional languages a plus
~ Post-graduate degree in IT or related IS Security
~ AGILE hands-on experience (required)
~ Cloud security experience (advantageous)
