A construction company is looking for 3 motivated construction laborers and stonemason assistants to join their team in Santa Eugènia. This is an excellent opportunity to work on local building projects with a permanent contract (contrato fijo) and standard weekday hours.

In this role, you will support on-site operations and collaborate directly with the construction and stonemasonry crew. Your day-to-day responsibilities include: Preparing materials and tools needed for daily construction tasks Moving and handling loads safely around the job site Preparing ground and surfaces for building and stonework Assisting the team with various manual construction activities Cleaning, maintaining, and organizing the work area

To be considered for this role,



no formal academic qualification is required, making it accessible if you are ready to work hands-on. The basic requirements are:

A valid category B driving license 20-hour Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) course certification is an asset Having your own vehicle for transport is valued Reliability, physical readiness, and willingness to work as part of an active team

What is offered: A permanent contract (Indefinit) Full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 7:30 to 15:30 A gross annual salary of €20,899.99, according to the regional collective agreement (Convenio de la Construcción de las Islas Baleares) Workplace based in Santa Eugènia, Mallorca
