The Group Reporting team is looking for a reporting analyst, group finance – fixed-term contract (12 months), to strengthen its capabilities during a period of growing activities and ongoing finance transformation. In this temporary assignment, you will support reliable reporting and performance‐measurement processes while helping us simplify and improve the way reporting services are delivered to users. You will work in an international environment and collaborate with finance stakeholders across a global organization of approximately 12,000 employees.

The role provides broad exposure to group finance processes, with a clear focus on reporting, performance measurement, and related process improvement.

Performance measurement: Support the review and validation of performance statistics and submitted adjustments around the Group Short‐Term Incentive (STI) process, ensuring consistent application of the applicable governance framework. Improve digital reporting and workflow‐enabled services, helping increase process efficiency, governance, and user adoption. Work with colleagues across Group Finance, local Finance organizations,



and relevant support functions in a collaborative and service‐oriented manner.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline. 3+ years of progressive experience in FP&A;, Accounting, Controlling, Financial Reporting, or a related Finance role. Sound understanding of financial concepts and confidence working with financial reports and performance data.

English: Fluent professional English is required; General collaboration: Digital mindset: Comfortable using standard reporting and collaboration tools, with an interest in process automation and digital workflows. A varied assignment at the center of global Finance reporting and performance‐measurement activities.
