Own the product roadmap and technical strategy for a portfolio of mobile games
Drive data-informed decisions using player, monetization, and performance insights
Champion AI-powered workflows across development, analytics, testing, and operations
Partner closely with monetization, growth, and data teams to maximise business performance
8+ years' experience in software engineering and product leadership within mobile gaming
Strong experience with Unity (C#) and mobile game architecture




Deep understanding of game monetisation, analytics, experimentation, and live operations
AI-native mindset, with real-world experience using AI tools to improve product and development outcomes
Work on established games with active users and growth potential
English speaking studio
Hybrid working at their Barcelona studio
This would be ideal for someone who has build, launched and scaled successful mobile games and is equally comfortable writing product strategy, reviewing code and leading teams through ambitious growth.
