Overview
In this role you will drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the Spanish and Portuguese SMB market, closing deals and shaping the customer journey. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure excellent service and accurate revenue forecasting. The position plays a pivotal part in scaling Factorial’s HR solutions, influencing strategic decisions and client outcomes. You’ll engage with executives to negotiate value and align solutions with customer goals.

Responsabilidades
Manage sales-qualified deals through the full sales cycle
Drive upselling and cross-selling to grow account value
Identify and guide prospects through decision processes to close
Develop effective account plans and strategies to meet sales quotas




Lead negotiations with C-Suite and VP-level executives
Apply consultative selling to move prospects forward
Provide reliable revenue forecasts to sales leadership
Collaborate daily with SDRs, Product, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Senior Leadership
Requisitos principales
~2+ years in full-cycle B2B sales
~ Experience in SMB market
~ Proficient in Portuguese & Spanish; professional English
~ Good communication and quick empathy
~ Proactive, idea-oriented, ownership of activities
~ Hunters mindset with ability to farm accounts
~ Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
