As Network Engineer you will run and improve maxon's Aruba network: You'll join a small ICT security team and work closely with the security and firewall colleagues. Hybrid in Barcelona (3 days office, 2 remote), with occasional travel to Switzerland (5–10%).
Tasks Configure and maintain the latest Aruba Wi‐Fi environment through Aruba Central.
Configure and maintain Aruba ClearPass (NAC, authentication, access policies).
Run the Wi‐Fi and LAN lifecycle project, including rollout of new access points and switches.
Give the security team network insights and support incident analysis.




Hands‐on experience with Aruba Central.
Aruba ClearPass administration.
Managing Aruba AOS‐CX switches.
HPE Aruba Networking certification (ACSP / ACX).
Clear communication with IT and business colleagues.
Degree in network engineering or related + 2–3 years' experience.
Good English.
German.
