You’ll manage a high-touch pre-boarding experience and cultivate a strong campus and referral network. Proactive sourcing & outreach to identify top early-career talent across Western Europe in partnership with Talent Marketing
Build and nurture a long-term referral pipeline across employee networks and student organizations
Drive high-touch pre-boarding and candidate engagement, including cohort networking and start-date readiness
Continuously evaluate sourcing channels, iterate digital campaigns, and optimize hiring processes
3+ years of talent acquisition experience focused on early-career or university recruiting across European markets
~ Fluent in English and Spanish
