Airbus Defence and Space is looking for a A/C Connectivity and Comms Systems Design Engineer to join our Connectivity & Comms area based in Getafe, Madrid.
Responsibilities
- System Design and requirements management Architectures Definition.
- System functional and interoperability specifications Innovation and Development projects creation and completion.
- Equipment HW and installation requirements specification.
- Equipment interfaces definition.
- Equipment Suppliers activities monitoring, technical documentation validation.
- Equipment configuration control Rig and A/C test results analysis, problems investigation, change proposals.
- Interface and Technical Support in front of Customers, Authorities, Suppliers and Stakeholders.
- System Inception from scratch, Design, qualification, verification, validation and certification activities including Model Based System Engineering and Modelling.

Skills
- Engineering degree in a technical domain, e.g., aeronautics, computer science, telecommunications engineering or equivalent.




- 3+ years of professional experience.
- Fluency in English and Spanish with French and or German as a nice to have.
- Collaborative, team-first mindset active to new challenges in a multi-national environment.
- Technical expertise tools, frameworks, regulations Knowledge on Requirements management tools (DOORS, Rhapsody), Model Based System Engineering, Agile, and DMS, will be appreciated.
- Communication Skills.
