This position is based on-site at our location in Valencia.

As a Retail Sales Manager B2B (m/f/d), you acquire new professional customers from the automotive aftermarket in Spain – such as workshops, tyre dealers and auto parts retailers – and convince them of the benefits of our ALZURA B2B Marketplace, one of Europe's largest B2B purchasing platforms in the automotive industry. With your sales talent, you directly drive the growth of our platform in the Spanish market.

Your daily tasks

- Actively acquiring new B2B customers (workshops, tyre dealers, auto parts retailers) in Spain, primarily by phone

- Presenting the ALZURA B2B Marketplace in calls and online demos and analysing customer needs

- Supporting new customers through registration and onboarding on the platform

- Managing and developing the existing customer portfolio, including identifying upselling potential

- Documenting all sales activities and customer contacts in the company's CRM system

- Monitoring the Spanish market and competitors and working closely with our Marketing and Customer Support teams





What we expect from you

- Native-level Spanish (spoken and written) and English skills (minimum B1 level, spoken and written)

- Experience in sales, ideally in B2B sales, telesales or customer acquisition
- A target-driven mindset, initiative and the drive to close deals

- Very good communication and negotiation skills and confidence on the phone
- An affinity for the automotive industry or eCommerce is a plus

- German skills are a nice-to-have
