A Basque-speaking Banking Customer Service Agent is needed for a team based in Valencia, Spain. You will support banking customers with accuracy, discretion and a friendly approach. You will be supporting a well-known company in the banking sector. Key Responsibilities:

Keep careful records of every interaction Escalate complex or sensitive cases appropriately Guide customers through digital banking services Answer customer questions about accounts, cards and payments Requirements:

Fluent Basque, written and spoken Spanish at upper-intermediate (B2) level or above High school education (Bachillerato) or equivalent; banking customer service experience is valued The selection includes a short video and a written test in the required language Clear, professional communication,
