We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP HCM Consultant with strong technical expertise in SAP HCM and a good functional understanding of HR processes. The idóneo candidate will combine solid ABAP development skills with hands-on experience in SAP HCM modules and integrations, and will be comfortable working in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, maintain and troubleshoot ABAP developments within SAP HCM.
- Support and enhance interfaces between SAP HCM and external systems.
- Work with technologies such as IDocs, RFCs, BAPIs, ALE, file-based interfaces and web services .
- Develop and maintain reports, enhancements, user exits, BAdIs, function modules and custom HCM solutions.




- Support data exchange and integration scenarios related to HR master data, payroll and organizational management.
- Analyze incidents and change requests, identify root causes and propose robust technical solutions.
- Collaborate closely with functional HCM consultants and business teams.
- Support testing, deployment and production stabilization activities.
- Produce technical documentation and contribute to solution design.

Required Skills and Experience

- Minimum 5 years of experience as an SAP ABAP Consultant.
- Strong experience working specifically in SAP HCM / SAP HR environments .
- Good functional knowledge of SAP HCM processes, ideally including areas such as Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management and/or Payroll .
- Strong ABAP development skills.
- Hands-on experience with integrations and interfaces , including IDocs, ALE, RFCs, BAPIs and file-based integrations .
- Experience with SAP enhancement frameworks such as BAdIs, user exits and enhancement spots .
- Ability to analyze complex technical issues and work independently.
- Experience working in international or multi-country environments is highly valued.
- English: mandatory , professional working proficiency.
- French: nice to have .
