The Email Marketing Specialist will carry out the following tasks, including:
Daily email marketing, coordination, creation, and execution of campaigns
Daily work with data management systems, technical platforms, AI tools
Analysis and optimization of email campaign performance (statistics, reports, etc.)
Coordination with sales, recruitment, and marketing teams to ensure that email
campaigns for events and programs are communicated effectively worldwide.
Solid knowledge about best practices of email and GDPR compliance
Email marketing projects as needed, including redesigning HTML templates, email
channel/industry improvements & updates, creative & design improvements, etc.
Occasional coordination with agencies for creative and technical projects
