Join an international customer service project within the industrial automation and engineering technology sector, supporting a general leader in advanced technical solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to Danish-speaking customers, ensuring efficient resolution of inquiries and maintaining excellent service standards in a professional B2B environment. Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat Provide accurate information, support, and solutions in a timely manner Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues Maintain proper documentation of all interactions Requirements

Danish: C2 (fluent/native) English:



good working level Previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles Strong communication and problem-solving skills Customer-oriented and service-minded profile Based in Barcelona or able to relocate independently within the area Working Schedule

Monday to Friday 09:00 – 18:00 (39h/week) Salary & Benefits

Base salary:

€22,000 gross/year Performance bonus:
