We are currently partnering with a leading global company in the medical devices sector that is building its new international hub in Madrid. As part of this growth, we are looking for an SAP MM Consultant to join a global team responsible for supporting and enhancing procurement and supply chain processes across multiple international locations.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a highly collaborative and international environment, partnering with business stakeholders and technical teams to drive process improvements, support strategic initiatives, and contribute to the ongoing evolution of the company's SAP landscape.

Responsibilities

- Act as the main point of contact for SAP MM-related topics, providing functional expertise and guidance to business stakeholders.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions aligned with global standards.
- Configure, maintain, and optimize SAP Materials Management (MM) processes, ensuring efficient procurement and inventory management operations.
- Collaborate closely with Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, and other business teams to identify improvement opportunities.
- Manage change requests, enhancements, and system implementations throughout the full project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with external vendors and implementation partners to ensure successful project delivery and support activities.
- Support system integrations between SAP MM and other SAP modules, ensuring smooth end-to-end business processes.
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level support, troubleshooting complex issues and driving timely resolutions.




- Participate in testing activities, user training, documentation, and deployment processes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and help define best practices within the general SAP environment.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience working as an SAP MM Consultant in international environments.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP Materials Management (MM) configuration and support.
- Good understanding of procurement, purchasing, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional specifications.
- Knowledge of SAP integrations with modules such as SD, PP, WM, EWM, or FI is highly desirable.
- Experience working with external implementation partners and managing stakeholders across different business areas.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience providing application support and participating in SAP projects or rollouts.
- Fluent English is required (B2+/C1).
- Availability for occasional international travel.
