SAP Trainer - Supply Chain

ECM Talent is supporting a major international organisation on a large-scale, long-term SAP S/4HANA transformation programme.

We are looking for an experienced SAP Supply Chain Trainer to get key users and end users ready for go-live. You will design and deliver training across the SAP supply chain: Sales & Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), Quality Management (QM), Plant Maintenance (PM), Warehouse and Extended Warehouse Management (WM/EWM), Transportation Management (TM) and Integrated Business Planning (IBP), working alongside the functional and change teams.

Responsibilities

- Run training needs analysis by role and process (order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, plan-to-produce, quality inspection, maintenance, warehouse execution, transport and demand/supply planning).
- Build the training curriculum and materials: course outlines, step-by-step guides, quick reference cards, exercises and e-learning (e.g. SAP Enable Now).
- Deliver classroom and virtual sessions to key users and end users, including train-the-trainer programmes.




- Set up and maintain training data and scenarios in the training system with the functional teams.
- Support UAT, cutover and hypercare with floor-walking and post-go-live refresher sessions.
- Track attendance, assess readiness and report progress to the project and change leads.

Experience Required
- 5+ years delivering SAP end-user and key-user training, ideally on S/4HANA implementations or rollouts.
- Solid functional knowledge of SD and MM, and working knowledge of TM and EWM, plus at least one of PP, QM, PM or IBP, enough to train end-to-end flows across modules.
- Proven experience creating training materials and using authoring tools
- Confident presenter to mixed audiences, from warehouse operators to finance and customer service teams.
- Experience working with change management and functional teams through go-live.

Nice to have
- SAP certification in any supply chain module, or an SAP Education instructor background.
- Industry experience in FMCG, pharma, retail or logistics.
- Experience with multi-country rollouts and delivering training in more than one language.
