Previous experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, executive search, sales development (SDR/BDR), research,



or outbound outreach Strong research skills and curiosity Good judgement when assessing candidate relevance Excellent written communication and the ability to adapt tone to different audiences Experience writing personalised cold outreach that generates responses Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple searches and pipelines High attention to detail Comfort using AI tools and technology for research and outreachDiscretion and responsibility when handling confidential information and communications Professional fluency in English You do not need full-cycle recruiting experience; the role prioritises research, candidate identification, and engagement skills.
