Working model:

Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days at home)




- Independently lead and effectively manage the full lifecycle of translations projects ranging from different sectors and document types.
- Determine resource requirements and optimal cost structure based on objectives and operational needs.
- Proactively lead the identification of any potential issues and resolve and close identified gaps.
- Actively participate in and support business development efforts and client meetings and other parts of the business.
- Ownership and maintenance of corresponding production processes.
- Billing forecasting and management.
- Participate in mentoring or training of junior colleagues.
- Support the planning and allocation of projects across the team, monitoring workload distribution and proactively flagging potential risks to the line manager.
- Support the tracking and analysis of team KPIs and delivery metrics to identify improvement opportunities in processes and team workflows.
