Your mission: Lead the transformation of customer requirements into viable technical solutions, coordinating the design, integration, and validation of electronic systems.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronic, Telecommunications, Computer, Industrial, Aeronautical Engineering , or Physics.

Minimum 4–5 years of experience in systems engineering .

Strong abstraction capability, lateral and holistic thinking.

Advanced Spanish and English* Advanced proficiency in Excel/analysis tools.

Hybrid position: on-site (Jaén, Spain) + 1–2 days of remote work per week.
