A carpentry workshop based in Binissalem is looking for a qualified second-class carpenter (Oficial de Segunda de Fusteria) to join their production team. In this role, you will combine traditional craftsmanship with modern manufacturing technology to produce high-quality woodwork on the island.
Your primary tasks and daily responsibilities will include:
- Reading and interpreting technical blueprints and construction plans accurately.
- Preparing, machining, and shaping wooden components using CNC machinery.
- Working with AutoCAD software for job planning and execution.
- Carrying out quality control on finished pieces to ensure precision standards.
- Performing routine maintenance and basic upkeep of workshop equipment and machines.

To be successful in this position, you should bring the following qualifications and profile:
- Completed vocational training in carpentry or wood processing (Cicle Formatiu de Grau Mitjà / Intermediate Vocational Training).




- At least 12 months (1 year) of documented work experience in carpentry and CNC wood machining.
- Solid computer literacy, including practical knowledge of AutoCAD software and CNC controls.
- A valid class B driver's license.
- A detail-oriented approach to woodworking and high standards for craftsmanship.

What this employment offer includes:
